Last Night GBP/JPY was at support. Buy at support and sell at resistance. Well I bought with a small position knowing I really wanted to short this thing. Well 2AM I wake up toasted from the electric blanket and came down and checked on this trade. I was stopped out. No big deal. One quick look at the chart and it has broken support . Went short at 2AM.

I closed all positions at 5:45pm until this consolidation breaks or a retracement happens.

So in 15 hours I made $5 for every $1 at risk. The best part this move has just begun.

Taking Some Profits

After a nice run down the Dollar is oversold so I took some profits and will wait for another entry.

Quiet Panic

After a huge bearish day on Friday we are down in the futures 33% of that same amount in the last few hours. What does it all mean? Get in or get out of the way. Place you bets. Monday is going to be a very interesting ride. The US Dollar has been falling fast, the housing market bubble is just now starting to show numbers. From what I have heard from retailers volume is slower than normal.

One thought thing that keeps sticking in my head with volitile times like this came from Jeff Kohlers web site a few months ago. He said Place you bets at the open and close out at the end of the day. This was when the SPX moving up/down 40 points in a day. Um! Sounds like this past Friday.

Currently SPX futures down 12.50, DOW Futures down 110.
